The VPP team is made up of people with extensive experience in management development and building organizations in nonprofit and for-profit enterprises. The team works to help our investment partners strengthen their organizations to increase their positive impact on the lives of the children in their communities. Far from being technical support providers, team members serve as high-level strategic advisors and executive coaches to VPP's investment partners. They also leverage VPP's and their own extended network of resources and relationships for the benefit of investment partners. In addition, all team members are responsible for helping to capture and share VPP experiences and insights and for contributing to the development of methodologies, systems, and tools to support the VPP investment approach.
